Learn needle felting techniques while creating a whimsical 3D dragon! Students will use a barbed needle to sculpt wool and various fibers.
Needle felting can be used to create flat or 3D objects and embellishments, and the creative possibilities are endless. This is a great class for
all skill levels and no previous needle felt experience is required. No children under 12 as we are using sharp barbed needles.

Tatted Dragonfly

Cost: $35 including pattern and kit
Create a beaded tatted dragonfly with needle lace filled wings from an original pattern designed by the instructor. This is an intermediate/advanced tatting class, and students should have basic tatting knowledge including double stitch, rings chains and joining. This is a great class for learning split rings.

 

Tatting Workshop

$28 for two hour class plus materials
(minimum class size is two students. $28 per hour for private lessons)
This monthly tatting workshop is open to all levels of experience and each month will feature a different pattern.  This is a beginning/intermediate tatting class. Beginners can learn basic tatting stitches and learn to follow a pattern. Students may also join the tatting workshop for help on individual tatting projects.
