Thanks Susan! I agree the Dragonfly Pond is more of a tatted sculpture than "lace". I invented several new tatting techniques in order to make it work as a 3D sculpture. I could have made a flat tatted pond but where's the fun and art in that? :) I really just wanted to create something completely new in tatting, something that has not been done before.

Went to the gallery. The rain doll, I had not seen. She is beautiful. The tatting is equisite (I hate you). Its perfect, but not the traditional idea of lace for the laymen. It would take a more sophisticated eye to understand the complexity (and beauty) of the piece.

Elizabeth, the hummingbird John gave me is SO Wonderful. I Love it so much. I held a hummingbird in my hand many years ago, and yours felt just like the one I held. I have a special place in my home for it. Thank you for your wonderful work. God Bless you.

Your awesome to fold so many cranes. You should believe in the wish part of the 1000 origami cranes, in my opinion if somebody has the patience to fold a 1000 cranes he/she can do anything in life.
I'm on my way to folding my 1000 cranes aswell because I'm starting an origami class in my city, and it looks amazing as decoration.

Good luck in your future endeavors!

Very nice website. I'd like to someday make it to one of your felted dragon classes at Table Rock Llamas. They are so cute.
I also wanted to say you gave a great presentation on Lace at our luncheon. Keep up the beautiful work. (I can't see well enough to do it ;) ).

Very nice work! It would be amusing to see a regency-era clockwork steam-powered sewing machine. Be sure to post back after the ball so that we can all see your creation in action (modestly tucked under an equally impressive dress that is).
